T/T (30% deposit + 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above USD 30K, PayPal for sample orders.

Can you ship door-to-door?

Yes. We offer DDP / DAP via sea, air and express, with customs and duties handled.

How do you guarantee quality?

The inspection method is agreed before production. Depending on the order, we can arrange full inspection or AQL sampling, with photo and video evidence before shipment.

What is your usual lead time?

Accepted Answer

Stock items: 5–10 days. Custom OEM: 25–35 days. We share a weekly production update for every order.

Can you handle product certifications?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We confirm the food-contact and material tests required for your destination market, then arrange reports through an accredited laboratory when the existing file does not cover the exact model.
